How to report
Submit a Security request in your signed-in account. Include the affected page or software version, a concise description, minimal reproduction steps and the potential impact. The planned address security@bittuvpn.com is pending routing verification.
Keep testing proportionate
Only test systems you are authorized to assess. Do not disrupt service, access someone else’s records, extract private keys, persist access or include customer data in a report. Stop if testing would affect another person’s confidentiality or availability.
What happens next
The report is saved in the operator queue for review. Public advisories shown in the dashboard are reference information, not proof that BiTTU systems have been scanned, patched or certified. The operator must establish a disclosure process before public launch.
